Work hands-on with how one of the Nordics’ leading beauty brands plans, measures, and optimizes its media investments. At KICKS, media is a key driver of brand growth — and increasingly, it requires a strong balance between planning, data, and continuous optimization. We are now looking for a Media Planner who combines structured media planning with a strong analytical mindset. The Role In this role, you will be responsible for planning, allocating, and continuously optimizing media investments across channels — ensuring an effective and insight-driven media mix over time. You will: Plan and optimize the media mix across channels, including TV, online video, CTV, audio, OOH, print, and influencer marketing Allocate and adjust media budgets based on performance, insights, and campaign goals Translate brand and campaign objectives into data-informed media plans Work closely with media agencies to ensure strong execution and follow-up Analyze campaign performance, reach, frequency, and brand metrics Use insights, data, and media effectiveness learnings to continuously refine and improve the media mix Contribute to building a more structured, insight-driven approach to media planning and evaluation Collaborate with brand, creative, and insights teams to connect media performance with business outcomes What Success Looks Like A well-balanced media mix where traditional, digital, and influencer channels work together effectively Continuous improvement of campaigns based on clear insights and performance data Smarter budget allocation over time, driven by measurable learnings Strong and structured campaign follow-up and evaluation Requirements Must-have: Experience in media planning across multiple channels, preferably both from media agency and client side.
