Position Overview: As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all data is entered in a timely manner and with a high level of accuracy. Key Responsibilities: - Enter data into various systems accurately and efficiently - Verify data for accuracy and completeness - Maintain and update records as needed - Communicate with team members to ensure data is entered correctly - Identify and resolve any discrepancies in data - Follow data entry procedures and guidelines - Keep sensitive information confidential - Other administrative tasks as assigned Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role - Excellent typing skills and attention to detail - Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Real estate industry experience is a plus Contract Details: This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The Data Entry Clerk will be based at our office in Jonesboro and will report to the Office Manager.
