Key Responsibilities Oversee all daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery. Manage the P&L, develop budgets, and ensure profitability targets are met or exceeded. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth and operational excellence. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across all functional areas. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focusing on lean manufacturing, safety, and quality standards. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies. Optimize supply chain processes to support production demands and cost efficiency. Recommended Qualifications Proven P&L management and strong financial acumen. Extensive experience leading manufacturing operations, including production, supply chain, and quality control. Demonstrated success in strategic planning, execution, and achieving business growth targets. Expertise in Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams. Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Proven experience implementing Industry 4.0 initiatives or advanced manufacturing technologies. Prior experience managing multi-site or international manufacturing operations. Advanced degree in Engineering or Business Administration (MBA).
