Key Responsibilities Direct all manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, and financial targets. Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Manage facility budgets, control expenditures, and drive overall profitability. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across all production departments. Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory compliance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles throughout the plant. Oversee supply chain management and inventory control for optimal material flow. Recommended Qualifications Proven leadership experience (5+ years) in a manufacturing environment, including full P&L accountability. Demonstrated expertise in operational excellence methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and continuous improvement. Strong business acumen with a track record of achieving financial targets and driving profitable growth. Exceptional strategic planning and execution skills, capable of translating vision into actionable results. Superior interpersonal and communication skills, adept at building and motivating high-performing teams. Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies or Industry 4.0 initiatives. Proficiency in a second language relevant to global operations or supply chain. PMP certification or extensive experience managing large-scale capital projects.
