Recommended Qualifications Proven leadership and management experience in a manufacturing environment. Extensive knowledge of manufacturing operations, supply chain, and quality systems. Demonstrated financial acumen, including P&L responsibility and budget management. Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities to drive operational excellence. Expertise in continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma. Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification. Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, Industry 4.0, IoT). Proficiency in a major ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex). Demonstrated success in optimizing global supply chain and logistics operations. Prior experience with M&A integration or significant capital expenditure project management.
