Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all manufacturing operations to meet production, quality, and delivery targets. Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth, profitability, and market share. Oversee the P&L, manage budgets, and implement cost control measures to ensure financial performance. Foster a high-performance culture, manage staff development, and ensure effective team leadership across all departments. Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles to enhance operational efficiency. Optimize supply chain management, procurement, and logistics to support production needs. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a manufacturing environment, including P&L responsibility. Extensive knowledge of manufacturing operations, supply chain management, and quality systems. Demonstrated success in strategic planning, business development, and driving profitability. Track record of implementing continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
