Key Responsibilities Perform on-site installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system failures. Execute preventive maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal equipment performance. Provide technical support and training to customers on equipment operation and basic troubleshooting. Document all service activities, parts used, and resolutions accurately for record-keeping and analysis. Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, company policies, and customer site regulations. Manage and maintain service vehicle inventory, tools, and test equipment. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of industrial manufacturing equipment. Associate's degree or technical certification in a relevant field (e.g., Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering Technology) or equivalent experience. Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude, including PLC diagnostics, motor controls, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals. Excellent customer service and communication skills for effective client interaction. Willingness and ability to travel frequently to customer sites, often on short notice. Bonus Qualifications Experience with PLC programming or HMI configuration. Proficiency in a second language relevant to international clients or equipment manufacturers. Familiarity with industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet). Certification in specialized equipment (e.g., robotics, vision systems, laser technology).
