Key Responsibilities Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and validation of manufacturing equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues in industrial machinery. Provide technical support and hands-on training to customer personnel on equipment operation and basic maintenance. Recommended Qualifications Proven expertise in electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic troubleshooting and repair of industrial equipment. 3+ years of experience in field service or industrial maintenance within a manufacturing setting. Associate's degree or technical certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline. Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage a service territory. Proficiency in reading schematics (electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic) and using diagnostic tools. Bonus Qualifications Proficiency in a second language relevant to international clients or diverse workforces. Experience with remote diagnostic tools and software platforms. Basic networking and industrial IT troubleshooting skills. Certifications in specialized areas like robotics, vision systems, or specific OEM equipment.
