Key Responsibilities Process customer orders accurately, verifying product specifications and delivery requirements. Demonstrated ability to resolve complex customer issues related to products, orders, or logistics. Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining technical information clearly. Bonus Qualifications Familiarity with manufacturing processes or industry-specific terminology. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for order management. Basic understanding of supply chain logistics or shipping procedures. Ability to interpret basic product specifications or technical documentation.
