Key Responsibilities Perform precise calibration, adjustment, and repair of measurement and test equipment (M&TE) according to established procedures. Maintain accurate and detailed calibration records, documentation, and certificates in compliance with quality standards. Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions in M&TE, determining root causes and implementing corrective actions or recommending repairs. Develop, review, and optimize calibration procedures and work instructions to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Ensure all calibration activities adhere to internal quality systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and external regulatory requirements (e.g., NIST traceability). Manage and prioritize calibration schedules to ensure timely service and minimize impact on production operations. Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to support equipment validation and resolve measurement-related issues. Recommended Qualifications Associate's degree in Metrology, Electronics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Demonstrated understanding of metrology principles, calibration standards (e.g., ISO 17025), and measurement uncertainty. Proven hands-on experience calibrating diverse types of test, measurement, and diagnostic equipment (TMDE) across multiple disciplines (e.g., electrical, mechanical, pressure, temperature). Proficiency with calibration software and systems, along with strong computer literacy for documentation and data management. Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills to ensure precise calibration and troubleshoot issues.
