Key Responsibilities Provide expert technical support and guidance for product integration and application in manufacturing environments. Design, develop, and implement customized solutions to optimize customer manufacturing processes. Conduct product testing, validation, and performance analysis within industrial settings. Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues related to company products at customer facilities. Develop and deliver technical training programs for customers and internal sales teams. Create detailed technical documentation, including application notes, specifications, and user manuals. Collaborate with R&D and product development teams to provide field feedback for continuous improvement and new product introductions. Recommended Qualifications Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes (e.g., CNC machining, robotics, automation, additive manufacturing). Proficiency with CAD/CAM software, simulation tools, or relevant industrial control systems. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for complex technical challenges. Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to customers and internal teams. Experience in configuring, integrating, or developing solutions for manufacturing software/hardware applications. Bonus Qualifications Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies such as additive manufacturing, industrial robotics, or machine vision. Proficiency in scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, C#) for custom application development or data analysis. Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques for process optimization and performance validation. Demonstrated experience managing technical projects from conception to completion.
