Bonus Qualifications Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies. Proficiency with manufacturing execution systems (MES) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) software. Demonstrated experience with automation, robotics, or advanced assembly technologies. Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting skills for assembly equipment.
