Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead a team of assembly technicians and operators. Ensure daily production targets and quality standards are consistently met. Recommended Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in a manufacturing assembly environment. 1-2+ years of proven supervisory or team lead experience. Strong leadership and team motivation skills. Demonstrated understanding of assembly processes, tools, and quality control. Proficiency in troubleshooting production issues and implementing solutions. Knowledge of manufacturing safety standards and continuous improvement principles.
