Key Responsibilities Oversee daily assembly line operations to meet production targets and schedules. Manage, train, and mentor a team of assembly technicians and operators. Ensure adherence to quality control standards and manufacturing specifications. Implement and monitor safety protocols to maintain a secure and compliant work environment. Optimize assembly processes for efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, equipment malfunctions, and material discrepancies. Schedule and allocate resources (personnel, equipment, materials) effectively. Recommended Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing assembly environment, with at least 1-2 years in a lead or supervisory capacity. Proven leadership and team management skills, including the ability to train, motivate, and manage performance. Solid understanding of assembly processes, quality control standards, and manufacturing safety protocols. Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and work instructions. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
