Ensure production schedules and daily output targets are met efficiently. Monitor product quality and enforce strict quality control standards. Train, mentor, and develop assembly technicians on best practices and new procedures. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, implementing corrective actions promptly. Maintain a safe working environment and ensure adherence to all safety regulations. Optimize assembly processes for continuous improvement and waste reduction. Recommended Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing assembly, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead role. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, including training and performance feedback. Strong understanding of assembly processes, production schedules, and quality control methodologies. Proven problem-solving abilities to address production issues and improve efficiency. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team interaction and reporting. Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions. Bonus Qualifications Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles. Proficiency with ERP or MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Familiarity with automated assembly processes or robotics. Certifications in a relevant technical or quality discipline (e.g., IPC, ASQ).
