Ensure production schedules and output targets are consistently met. Monitor and enforce adherence to quality standards and product specifications. Promote and maintain a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations. Troubleshoot and resolve assembly line issues, equipment malfunctions, or material shortages. Optimize assembly processes for efficiency and continuous improvement. Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and development to team members. Recommended Qualifications Proven supervisory experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment. Strong knowledge of assembly processes, tools, and equipment. Familiarity with quality control standards and manufacturing safety protocols. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions. Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
