Key Responsibilities Direct and oversee daily assembly operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. Lead, train, and mentor a team of assembly technicians, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Monitor production schedules and allocate resources effectively to meet output targets and deadlines. Ensure all assembled products meet established quality standards and specifications through regular inspection. Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure and compliant workplace. Identify and resolve production bottlenecks, equipment malfunctions, or quality issues promptly. Collaborate with engineering, quality control, and supply chain departments to optimize processes and improve product flow. Recommended Qualifications Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of assembly processes, tools, and equipment. Knowledge of quality control standards and continuous improvement methodologies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
