Business Development Manager – Sneaker & Beauty Partnerships | Netherlands (Remote) Location: Netherlands (Remote) Employment Type: Full-time Salary Range: 90,000 – 200,000 EUR per year We are looking for a Business Development Manager to build partnerships with distributors and suppliers in the sneaker and beauty sectors , expanding supply channels and securing high-demand products. Key Responsibilities Develop relationships with distributors and suppliers in sneaker and beauty categories Expand inventory and secure high-demand products Identify and onboard new distributors and suppliers Negotiate commercial agreements and long-term partnerships Collaborate with internal teams to support onboarding and category execution Monitor market trends and opportunities to drive category growth Requirements Experience in business development, partnerships, or supplier acquisition Strong network with sneaker and/or beauty distributors or suppliers Strong negotiation and relationship management skills Ability to work remotely and independently Languages: English and Dutch (Fluent) If you have strong distributor connections in the sneaker or beauty industries and enjoy building commercial partnerships that drive category growth, this role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact while working remotely in the Netherlands.
