About the position
URGENT HIRING: Customer Care Specialist (Native Spanish + English B2) | Lisbon, Portugal Start Date: 23 April | Hours: 40h/week, rotational shifts Mon–Sun Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via chat, phone, and email Manage fraud, disputes, and complaints Provide customer support and guidance Assist teammates and contribute to process improvements Requirements: Native Spanish (Latin America or European Spanish) + English B2 Experience in Banking, Finance, or Insurance Writing speed: 25 wpm EU Passport / Citizenship OR Valid Portuguese Residence/Work Permit Salary & Benefits: Without accommodation: €1,491.84/month (Salary + allowances) With accommodation: €1,159.34/month (Salary + allowances) Bonus up to €100 Meal allowance €154 12-month contract Flight refund, free Portuguese lessons, and health insurance Apply Now: Send your CV in English to samanta.silva@cbtalents.org or message me here.Place of work
