Open to relocate Dominican Republic Senior Operations Manager Healthcare Location : Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic Company : Our Client Position Summary Our Client is seeking a results-driven , client-facing , and highly professional Senior Operations Manager to strategically lead their healthcare operations. This mission-critical role calls for a strong leader with: A proven track record in managing large, high-performing teams Deep experience handling client relationships The ability to drive operational excellence and service delivery Key responsibilities include developing and executing operational strategies, improving performance, ensuring efficient resource procurement, and maintaining strict compliance with healthcare regulations . The ideal candidate will excel in team development , client satisfaction , and process optimization across all levels. Key Responsibilities Ensure all healthcare operations are conducted in a cost-effective , compliant , and client-focused manner. Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational systems and best practices , prioritizing client satisfaction. Ensure full legal and regulatory compliance across all healthcare-related processes. Align and execute strategic operational goals with business and client objectives. Analyze financial and operational data to identify opportunities to boost efficiency , profitability , and client outcomes . Monitor and improve quality control standards and performance metrics (KPIs) . Lead the recruitment, training, mentoring , and supervision of large teams in a collaborative and performance-driven culture. Serve as the main point of contact for client communications, ensuring needs and concerns are promptly addressed. Innovate and implement strategies to continuously improve customer service and client engagement . Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure seamless operations and a consistently positive client experience . Required Skills & Abilities Excellent written English (near-native level) must-have for client communications Demonstrated success in leading teams of 15+ employees Proven experience in a client-facing Operations Manager or equivalent role Strong knowledge of organizational effectiveness and healthcare operations Tech-savvy , with advanced proficiency in G-Suite or Microsoft Office Outstanding problem-solving , organizational , and decision-making abilities Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric mindset Education & Experience 5+ years of progressive experience in operations management, with significant client interaction Proven record in leading and developing large teams in fast-paced environments Experience in BPO or e-commerce with a strong understanding of sales metrics and drivers Mandatory : Prior experience in the healthcare industry Bachelor's degree in Business , Operations Management , Healthcare Administration , or a related fieldPlace of work
