Position: Customer Service – Hungarian + English Location: Lisbon, Portugal | On-Site Start Date: 30 April 2026 Working Hours Monday – Sunday: 08:00 – 17:00 or 09:00 – 18:00 (rotational shifts) Days Off: 2 rotational days per week Later schedule (to be confirmed by client): 24/7 rotational shifts About the Role Join an international team as a Customer Service Specialist supporting Hungarian-speaking customers in a dynamic international e-commerce environment. In this role, you will provide high-quality service, handle customer inquiries efficiently, manage peak periods during promotions, and contribute to an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities Maintain strong knowledge of leading e-commerce products and services. Provide outstanding customer support with empathy and clear decision-making. Handle customer communication professionally via phone, email, and chat. Manage high volumes of customer contacts during promotional periods.
