Bancassurance Sales Executve Work Setup : On-Site | Monday to Friday Location: Negros Oriental Identify sales opportunities by reaching out to new leads, expanding your network, and asking for referrals. Provide financial solutions by presenting products clearly and matching them to clients' needs. Develop strong client relationships by acting as a trusted advisor and supporting clients for the long term Achieve sales targets by staying focused on goals and earning performance-based rewards. Share market insights by providing feedback and reports to help the team grow. Quali fications: Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in pharmaceuticals, banking, or financial services . Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Strong communication and negotiation skills . Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
