About the Role We are seeking a passionate and experienced Italian Chef to join our dynamic culinary team in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for preparing authentic Italian dishes while maintaining the highest standards of quality and hygiene. Your creativity and expertise will be instrumental in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our valued guests. Key Responsibilities - Prepare and cook authentic Italian dishes according to established recipes and standards. - Manage food preparation, ensuring freshness and quality of ingredients. - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to hygiene and safety standards. - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed. - Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials. - Ensure consistent food quality and presentation. - Train and supervise junior kitchen staff. Requirements - Proven experience as an Italian Chef in a reputable establishment. - In-depth knowledge of Italian cuisine and cooking techniques. - Excellent knife skills and food presentation abilities. - Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations. - Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - A culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred. - Must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
