Title: Center Manager Status: Full-Time, Location: Rocklin, CA Relocation: Available Salary: $85,000 – $100,000 Bonus: Up to 8% annually Visa Support: Available (Work authorizations/sponsorships offered) Summary Join a forward-thinking rehab provider as a Center Manager. We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT) who can balance patient care with operational leadership. What We Offer: Competitive salary range ($85,000 – $100,000) Up to $20,000 in relocation assistance, sign-on bonuses, or student loan repayment Annual bonus potential up to 8% of your earnings Reimbursement for continuing education courses Visa sponsorship and work authorization support available Career growth within a mission-driven organization Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Clinical Excellence: Maintain a full caseload while leading your clinic team Ensure high-quality care and positive patient outcomes Mentor and support therapists and rehab aides Business Operations & Team Management: Oversee clinic scheduling, budgeting, hiring, and training Interpret and act on clinic performance and financial data Coordinate with regional leadership on operational goals Growth & Outreach: Build and sustain relationships with referring physicians and community partners Participate in sales and marketing initiatives to grow referrals Represent the center in community engagement opportunities Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure regulatory compliance with Medicare and state practice acts Execute quality audits and staff meetings with a focus on improvement Uphold OSHA standards and safety practices Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited PT or OT program Licensed in California (or eligible) CPR certification required 2+ years of clinical experience; prior leadership preferred Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in basic computer software (Word, Excel, etc.) Physical Requirements: Lift up to 50 lbs independently and assist with patient mobility Frequent walking, standing, bending, and reaching Manual dexterity for equipment handling and clinical documentation
