Quantitative Developer – Java (VP Level)

About the position

Who You Are We're looking for a Quantitative Developer to join a trading desk. You'll work with traders, quants, and developers to build and optimize market-making and quantitative trading strategies. You have strong skills in software development, quantitative analysis, and financial markets, especially FX and crypto. What You'll Do Build and maintain high-performance trading algorithms for crypto markets. Translate trading strategies into efficient, reliable code. Optimize systems for speed, reliability, and scalability. Integrate new data sources and ensure data accuracy. Monitor live trading systems and troubleshoot issues. Stay updated on quantitative finance, software, and crypto trends. What We're Looking For Strong Java programming skills and experience in algorithmic trading. Knowledge of tick data and real-time market data processing. Experience with high-frequency/low-latency systems. Familiarity with FX or crypto trading desks and DeFi platforms (SOL/ETH). Good communication skills. Bonus DeFi or crypto experience. Market-making experience. Exposure to regulatory or compliance environments. Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) or DevOps.
