About the position
Enrollment Provider Admin needs 1–2 years of experience in business environment. Enrollment Admin requires: Proficient in the use of MS Office products. Ability to learn new software programs quickly. Excellent customer service skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with co-workers and providers. Proven ability to work well individually and as a team member. Organizational skills. Strong attention to detail. High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or higher preferred. 1–2 years of experience in business environment. Provider credentialing experience a plus. Enrollment Admin duties: Enter and maintain provider applications, revalidations, and updates into the system. Enter and maintain all provider information into database. Verify required documentation. Meet established turnaround times and accuracy rates. Outreach providers via email and by phone. Assist providers with resolving Provider Enrollment issues and inquiries. Assist with other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards.Place of work
