Network Infrastructure and Operations Lead

Job Title: Network Operations Lead (Executive Level) Location: Metro Manila Schedule: Monday to Friday | Day Shift I On-site Job Summary We are looking for a Network Operations Lead to manage and oversee the daily operations of our network infrastructure. You will ensure the network runs smoothly, resolve issues quickly, and lead a team of network professionals. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of core, transmission, access, and aggregation networks Oversee network monitoring and OSS/NMS platforms Lead incident response, major restoration, and disaster recovery efforts Ensure network performance, reliability, and availability meet service standards Implement and maintain operational procedures, processes, and best practices Plan, coordinate, and execute network upgrades, expansions, and optimization projects Supervise, mentor, and guide network operations teams Collaborate with engineering, IT, and leadership teams to improve network processes and resolve technical issues Manage vendor and partner relationships for network-related services and equipment Monitor network KPIs and generate operational reports for senior management Drive automation, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency initiatives Ensure compliance with technical standards, safety, and regulatory requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics & Communications Engineering, or related field Master's degree or engineering license is a plus Minimum 10 years of experience in network operations, preferably in telecom or related industries Strong technical experience in optical networks, core networks, access networks, and monitoring systems Experience in incident management, service restoration, and disaster recovery Proven leadership and people management experience (AVP - Director level is highly preferred)
