Job Title: Customer Service Specialist (Lithuanian + English) Location: Braga, Portugal Work Type: Remote (within Braga area) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 Days Off: Saturday & Sunday About the Role We are looking for a motivated Lithuanian-speaking Customer Service Specialist with good English skills to join our remote team based in Braga. In this role, you will support customers by providing high-quality service and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Key Responsibilities Provide customer support via phone, email, and/or chat Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product-related questions Deliver accurate and timely information Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Maintain professionalism and empathy in all interactions Follow company procedures and service standards Requirements Native or fluent Lithuanian and good level of English Strong communication and problem-solving skills Customer-oriented mindset Ability to work independently in a remote environment Basic computer skills Important Information Remote position (Braga-based) No relocation support provided Salary & Benefits Meal allowance: €7.63 per working day Position bonus (Braga): €20 every 12 months Health insurance: Available from Day 1 (employee contribution required) Fully covered after 6 months Contract Details Full-time position Stable working schedule with weekends off
