In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, monitoring, and managing user-generated content across various platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines and standards. Collaborate with team members to implement best practices and improve moderation processes. Provide feedback on trends and issues observed during content moderation. Support users by addressing their inquiries and concerns related to content policies. Qualifications Fluent Dutch speaker with strong communication skills in English . Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or a related field is a plus, but not required. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
