They are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join their Distribution Systems team for a strategic 12-month contract opportunity. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager I to provide technical direction and oversight for distribution system projects. The position is based in Delray Beach, FL with standard business hours and competitive contract compensation. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute large-scale distribution system projects within budget and timeline constraints Provide technical direction to project teams and participants across multiple workstreams Monitor project progress and recommend process improvements for enhanced efficiency Maintain current knowledge of emerging technologies and industry developments Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to ensure project success Manage project documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements Drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practices implementation Coordinate with field operations and construction teams as needed Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field, OR High School Diploma/GED with equivalent work experience Experience: 3+ years in Project Management and/or Engineering roles Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams License: Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no alcohol/drug offenses in past 5 years) Integrity: Strong commitment to compliance and ethical business practices Compensation & Benefits Rate: Competitive hourly compensation Duration: 12-month contract with potential for extension Schedule: Standard business hours (Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM) Location: On-site position in Delray Beach, FL Growth: Opportunity to work with industry-leading technology and processes Ready to advance your project management career in the energy sector?
