Pay and Miles Average weekly pay: $1,300–$1,500 Rate per mile: $0.56–$0.65 CPM (based on verifiable experience) Average 2,500 miles per week Pay increases every 3–6 months Dry Van freight: 100% no-touch, 50% drop-and-hook Home Time and Benefits 14 days out, 2 full days home (bi-weekly) 100% assigned trucks – no slip seating Full benefits after 30 days: Medical, Dental, PTO, 401(k) $800 vacation pay after one year Rider and pet policy available from day one Trainee Program Must be 21+ with CDL-A and 120+ hours from an accredited school Paid training: 4–6 weeks (200–250 hours) Start at $0.56 CPM after training Rider and pet allowed after training Responsibilities Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer Transport and deliver freight on time to regional locations Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain accurate logs and paperwork in compliance with DOT regulations Minimum Requirements Valid CDL-A license, 21+ years old 6+ months recent Class A driving experience OR CDL school for trainees Clean driving record: no major violations or accidents in last 5 years No DUI, felony, or misdemeanor in last 10 years Must pass urine and hair pre-employment drug screening Ready to hit the road?
