Louisville, KY | $30–$36/hr The Opportunity This full-time or part-time LPN/LVN position places you at the center of direct patient care in a collaborative clinical environment. Working alongside a Registered Nurse and Unit Medical Director, you'll deliver safe, age-appropriate care that directly shapes patient outcomes and satisfaction. No overnight shifts — the facility operates until 9:00–10:00 PM, giving you a schedule that works. Your Day-to-Day Deliver high-quality direct patient care in accordance with physician orders, established standards, and state and federal regulatory requirements Support unit management in achieving goals tied to quality outcomes, patient satisfaction, and staff development Contribute to a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for both patients and staff Uphold and help implement facility policies, mission, and compliance standards Collaborate effectively within the care team to maintain a positive, engaged workplace What We're Looking For Current, active LPN or LVN license in good standing Kentucky nursing license or a compact license valid in Kentucky Flexible availability, including rotating weekend shifts Strong commitment to patient safety, teamwork, and professional standards Ability to work effectively under RN supervision in a collaborative setting Ready to Apply?
