About the position

Head of MAITE (Manufacturing, Assembly, Integration and Testing) Location: Athens, Greece Salary: €90k – €110k Industry: Satellite Manufacturing Work Model: On-site (5 days/week, potential for 1 day remote) The Mission Are you ready to lead the industrialization and ramp-up of a fast-growing satellite manufacturer? We are looking for a Head of MAITE to spearhead spacecraft manufacturing operations in Athens. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will transition complex satellite projects from design to full-scale production. What You'll Do Lead the entire Assembly, Integration, and Testing (AIT) and manufacturing lifecycle. Drive the industrialization strategy for next-generation spacecraft. Oversee technical teams and ensure rigorous quality and performance standards. Manage a state-of-the-art facility in the heart of the Mediterranean. What You Bring Space Industry Veteran: You must have a solid background in the Space industry (Satellites preferred). Deep Experience: 15+ years of professional experience, with a heavy focus on AIT, Manufacturing, or Production. Leadership Prowess: Proven track record in leading AIT projects or large-scale manufacturing teams. Technical Roots: A career built on hands-on technical roles, ideally with some knowledge of Radio Frequency (RF). Citizenship: EU citizenship is preferred due to security clearance requirements.
