Content Moderator (Czech + English) Location: Lisbon, Portugal Salary: €1,000 gross/month Work Model: On-site About the Role We are looking for a Czech-speaking Content Moderator to join our international team in Lisbon. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating online content to ensure it complies with platform guidelines and community standards. Key Responsibilities Review, analyze, and moderate online content (text, images, videos) Ensure content complies with company policies and guidelines Make accurate and consistent decisions based on moderation policies Handle high volumes of content efficiently, especially during peak periods Identify and escalate complex or sensitive cases when necessary Maintain quality and productivity standards (KPIs) Requirements Fluent Czech (C1/C2) Good English (B2+) Strong moderation and analytical skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online environments Ability to make rational decisions with attention to detail Customer-oriented mindset with empathy and professionalism Ability to work under pressure and manage high queue volumes during promotional periods What We Offer Paid training from day one Multicultural and international work environment Career growth and development opportunities Valuable experience in content moderation and digital platforms Why Join Us?
