About the position
Drive regional routes with steady miles, competitive pay, and bi-weekly home time. Perfect for recent CDL-A grads or experienced drivers. What You’ll Do: Haul 100% no-touch reefer freight, 50% drop-and-hook Average 2,500 miles/week Operate modern assigned trucks with APU and automatic Pay & Perks: $0.56–$0.64 CPM (based on verifiable experience) Avg weekly pay $1,300–$1,500 Pay increases every 3–6 months Full benefits after 30 days, rider & pet allowed day one Trainee Program Must be 21+ with a valid CDL-A and at least 120 hours from an accredited trucking school Paid training: 4–6 weeks (200–250 hours) Regional & OTR routes during training Start at $0.56 CPM after training completion Rider and pet allowed after training Full support and guidance from experienced drivers throughout training Requirements: CDL-A, 21+ Clean driving record Minimum 6 months recent tractor trailer experience Pass DOT drug & physical Ready to start?
