Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize the flow of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods throughout the manufacturing supply chain. Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory control, storage, picking, packing, and shipping processes. Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics service providers to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery. Develop and implement strategies to improve logistics efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance delivery performance and customer satisfaction. Ensure strict compliance with all domestic and international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and safety standards. Monitor and analyze logistics key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Lead, train, and develop the logistics team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Recommended Qualifications 5+ years of progressive experience in logistics management within a manufacturing environment. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Demonstrated expertise in inventory control, warehouse operations, and transportation management. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills with a focus on process optimization.
