Key Responsibilities Perform routine preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and systems. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues in production machinery. Execute repairs and replacements of defective parts, components, and systems to minimize downtime. Calibrate and adjust machinery to ensure optimal performance and product quality standards. Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Document maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage accurately in maintenance logs. Collaborate with production teams and engineers to identify and implement equipment improvements. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience as an industrial mechanic in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair complex production machinery. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical schematics and blueprints. Commitment to safety protocols and procedures in an industrial setting. Relevant technical degree or journeyman certification in a mechanical field. Bonus Qualifications Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) for troubleshooting and minor programming. Proficiency in welding and fabrication techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, stick). Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Experience maintaining robotic systems or advanced automation equipment.
