Were Hiring: Account Manager We are looking for a dynamic and organized Account Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in client-facing environments, understands marketing and creative processes, and can effectively coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results. Key Responsibilities Manage daily communication with clients and address their needs proactively. Gather, understand, and translate client requirements into clear briefs for design, social, production, media, and strategy teams. Coordinate internal teams and monitor project timelines to ensure smooth execution. Prepare and present creative proposals, reports, and performance analyses. Oversee the production of materials (social posts, banners, TVCs, print, landing pages, etc.) ensuring quality and timely delivery. Monitor KPIs and campaign performance, providing optimization recommendations. Resolve issues efficiently and manage challenges that may impact projects. Collaborate with the finance team on budgets, pricing, and cost management. Conduct market and competitor research to identify insights and growth opportunities. Build and maintain long-term, trust-based client relationships. What Were Looking For Strong communication and presentation skills. Excellent organizational and project management abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Strategic thinking with attention to detail. Experience in an agency or marketing environment is considered a plus.
