The Opportunity We partner with manufacturers across Norton Shores seeking Maintenance Managers who want more than a lateral move. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians and supervisors. Oversee timely and effective repair of equipment to minimize production downtime. Manage the maintenance budget, including spare parts inventory and procurement. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and quality standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for equipment reliability and operational efficiency. Utilize and optimize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Recommended Qualifications Proven experience managing and leading a maintenance team in a manufacturing environment. Strong technical background in industrial electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Demonstrated expertise in implementing and optimizing Preventative and Predictive Maintenance (PM/PdM) programs. Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for work order management and asset tracking. Solid understanding of safety regulations and best practices within a manufacturing setting. Bonus Qualifications Experience implementing or optimizing Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification. Demonstrated experience managing capital equipment installation or facility upgrade projects. Proficiency with advanced CMMS features, including reporting, analytics, and integration.
