In this role, you will work closely with Google Ads campaigns , helping businesses improve their online advertising performance through data-driven optimizations. Work Schedule Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 09:00 – 18:00 Work Model: Hybrid Start Date: 19 January 2026 Location: LACS Santos Key Responsibilities Optimize and manage Google Ads campaigns to improve performance and ROI Analyze campaign data and identify optimization opportunities Implement best practices across Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly Provide recommendations to improve client advertising results Stay up to date with Google Ads trends and platform updates Mandatory Requirements German: Native or advanced level (C1/C2) Google Ads experience: Minimum 1 year (mandatory) Strong understanding of digital marketing and online advertising Analytical mindset with attention to detail English: At least B2 level for internal communication Salary & Benefits Annual Gross Salary: €23,000 Stable international project Fixed working hours (no weekends) Hybrid working model Continuous learning and career development in digital marketing How to Apply If you are interested, please share your updated CV in English .
