Key Responsibilities Develop and implement robust supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs. Recommended Qualifications 5-7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. Demonstrated proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced supply chain planning tools. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, inventory optimization, logistics, and strategic sourcing. Proven leadership, negotiation, and analytical problem-solving skills.
