JOB SCOPE: Provide exceptional customer service through live chat, email, and inbound/outbound calls, ensuring a seamless experience. Address customer inquiries promptly and deliver accurate information on product features, benefits, and pricing. Foster strong customer relationships by conducting proactive follow-up via calls and emails. Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team KPIs and performance targets.
