Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with production goals. Manage raw material procurement, supplier relationships, and contract negotiations to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality. Optimize inventory levels and accuracy through effective forecasting, planning, and control methods. Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, warehousing, and transportation for efficient material flow. Monitor key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including supplier disruptions and market volatility. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience managing end-to-end supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning software. Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, inventory management, and logistics. Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) are highly desirable. Bonus Qualifications Certifications such as APICS CSCP/CPIM or Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt. Experience with advanced supply chain planning software (e.g., Kinaxis, Blue Yonder). Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau for supply chain analytics. Experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., aerospace, medical devices, automotive).
