Spanish-Speaking Marketing Customer Support Specialist Location: Lisbon, Portugal Work Type: On-site Job Description We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Marketing Customer Support Specialist to join a dynamic team in Lisbon . In this role, you will support customers with marketing-related inquiries and assist with campaign performance and optimization. Responsibilities Provide support related to digital marketing campaigns and tools Assist customers with campaign setup and optimization Monitor campaign performance and provide guidance when needed Ensure accurate documentation and high levels of customer satisfaction Support customers with marketing-related inquiries Requirements Fluent Spanish Good level of English Mandatory experience in paid campaign management Degree in Marketing or a related field Experience working with paid campaigns (mandatory) Candidates must already be located in Lisbon (no accommodation support) Working Hours Initially: Monday – Sunday 07:00 – 19:00 Shifts: 07:00 – 16:00 10:00 – 19:00 Later stage (to be confirmed): 24/7 rotational shifts 2 rotational days off Salary & Bonus 920€ gross salary (paid over 14 months) 40€ complexity bonus (paid over 11 months)
