Brazilian Portuguese-Speaking Marketing Customer Support Specialist Location: Lisbon, Portugal Work Type: On-site Job Description We are looking for a Brazilian Portuguese-speaking Marketing Customer Support Specialist to join a dynamic team in Lisbon . In this role, you will support customers with marketing-related inquiries, campaign performance, and digital tools while ensuring a high-quality customer experience. Responsibilities Provide support related to digital marketing campaigns and tools Assist customers with campaign setup, optimization, and troubleshooting Analyze campaign performance and provide guidance when needed Support technical aspects related to tracking tools and integrations Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and accurate documentation Requirements Fluent Brazilian Portuguese Good level of English Experience in paid campaign management (mandatory) Experience with Google Analytics (mandatory) Degree in Marketing or a related field Knowledge of HTML / Web Development Experience with Pixel data and API integrations Candidates must already be located in Lisbon (no accommodation support) Working Hours Initially: Monday – Sunday 07:00 – 19:00 Shifts: 07:00 – 16:00 10:00 – 19:00 Later stage (to be confirmed): 24/7 rotational shifts 2 rotational days off Salary & Bonus 920€ gross salary (paid over 14 months) 40€ complexity bonus (paid over 11 months)
