About the position

Job Description: Job Responsibilities Be responsible for the whole-process management and control of procurement related to data center materials. Core coverage includes formulating procurement plans, conducting inquiry, comparison and negotiation, signing contracts and following up on performance for data center prefabricated modules (IT modules, power generation modules, power distribution modules, cooling modules, etc.), core equipment (UPS, power distribution cabinets, precision air conditioners, etc.), raw materials (cables, PCB boards, etc.) and engineering supporting materials. In-depth development of the local data center industry supply chain in Thailand, developing, screening and evaluating qualified suppliers (including equipment manufacturers, integrators, raw material suppliers, etc.), establishing and dynamically updating the supplier database, conducting regular supplier performance evaluations, optimizing the supply chain cooperation system, and ensuring supply stability. Coordinate with the company's domestic R&D and manufacturing teams as well as local project teams in Thailand, accurately capture procurement demands, promote procurement progress collaboratively, ensure the on-time, quality-qualified and quantity-compliant delivery of purchased materials, align with the construction milestones of data center projects, and resolve delivery and quality-related issues during the performance process. Be responsible for procurement cost control, analyze the market price trends of data center industry materials, reduce procurement costs through bidding, price negotiation, value analysis and other means to achieve annual cost reduction goals, and control procurement risks (price fluctuations, supply delays, substandard quality, etc.). Strictly comply with the company's procurement management systems and local laws and regulations in Thailand, standardize procurement processes, maintain procurement account records, conduct data statistics and submit reports, and promote the standardization and standardization of procurement processes. Pay attention to the policies, supply chain dynamics and technological development trends of the data center industry in Thailand and Southeast Asia, collect information related to industry procurement, and provide reference for the company's procurement strategy formulation and supply chain layout. Cooperate with the company to complete other work related to local procurement in Thailand, and promote the landing of Southeast Asian data center projects through cross-departmental collaboration. IV. Job Requirements（1）Core Requirements: Nationality and Region : Thai nationality or legally eligible to work in Thailand for a long term, resident in Bangkok, familiar with the local business environment, supply chain system and relevant laws and regulations in Thailand. Industry Experience : More than 3 years of working experience in procurement related to the data center industry, familiar with the technical parameters, market pattern and procurement processes of data center prefabricated products, core equipment (UPS, precision air conditioners, etc.) and raw materials. Prior experience in EPC project procurement and prefabricated module procurement in the data center industry is preferred; familiarity with local data center supply chain resources in Thailand (such as local cable and PCB board manufacturers) is a plus. Language Proficiency : Fluent Thai (native level), good Chinese communication skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing) which can be used as a working language; fluent English is an added advantage, and priority is given to those who can connect with international suppliers. (II) Professional and Competency Requirements Education : College degree or above, major in procurement management, supply chain management, electromechanical engineering, materials science and other related fields is preferred. Professional Skills : Familiar with the whole procurement process (planning, inquiry, negotiation, performance, supplier management), with strong capabilities in supplier development, evaluation and negotiation. Understand the technical parameters and quality standards of core data center equipment and prefabricated modules, and can accurately connect with technical needs. Proficient in Office office software; proficiency in procurement management systems such as SAP/SRM is a plus. Comprehensive Competencies : Strong cost awareness, risk prevention and control awareness and problem-solving capabilities, able to independently handle the whole procurement process and adapt to a fast-paced working environment. Good communication and coordination skills, execution and sense of responsibility, rigorous and careful work, with good professional ethics and team spirit. Others : Prior experience in procurement in multinational corporations and the Southeast Asian data center industry is preferred. Able to accept flexible work arrangements according to project needs, with strong learning ability and adaptability, and able to adapt to work changes brought by the company's business development.
