About the position

Electrician Hey! We’re Filip Bricklayer – a small, close team that really feels like family. We handle everything from new builds to renovations and maintenance, and we’re looking for a reliable electrician to join us as things keep growing. What you’ll be handling: Installing electrical systems in homes, apartments, offices, and renovation projects Pulling cables, building and mounting distribution boards Connecting lighting, sockets, panels, and smart home/domotics setups Troubleshooting and fixing issues on existing installations Setting up emergency lighting, fire alarms, and low-voltage systems Working together with the crew to keep everything running smoothly on site What we offer (no fancy talk, just the facts): Competitive hourly rate based on your skills and experience 30 vacation days + extra time off Solid pension plan Travel allowance + possibility of a company van Yearly bonus when projects turn out great Team outings (BBQs, casual drinks, whatever we all agree on) We support you with training (VCA, safety courses, new tech – anything that helps) What we’re looking for: At least 1–2 years of experience as an electrician (we’re open to chatting if you have less but learn quickly) Good understanding of residential/commercial installations and relevant standards You have (or are willing to get) VCA certification Driving licence B Flexible with sites around the country Decent English (Dutch is a big advantage but not a must) You take ownership of your work and deliver quality, but you also value having some freedom to plan your day If this sounds like a team you’d fit right into – people who trust each other, get the job done well, and keep a healthy balance – just send your CV or a short message about your background.
