Key Responsibilities Customer Support: Assist customers via phone, chat, or email with inquiries related to orders, products, payments, shipping, and returns. Order Assistance: Support customers throughout the purchasing journey, including order placement, order tracking, and post-purchase support. Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience. Product Guidance: Provide clear and helpful information about products, availability, and promotions. Case Management: Escalate complex cases when necessary while ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
