Head of Operation | Forex Broker

About the position

𝗩𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗰𝘆 : Broker Operation Director 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆 : USD 5,000 – 10,000 / Month (Negotiable Higher) MYR 23,000 - MYR 47,000 / Month 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 : FinTech / FX / CFD Brokerage 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 : Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 – Oversee daily operations, monitoring, incident response, and performance optimization of MT5 / cTrader, website, CRM, and back-office systems – Design and implement high-availability and disaster recovery strategies to ensure 24/7 platform stability – Build monitoring, alerting, and incident response frameworks; lead major incident resolution and post-mortems – Optimize end-to-end client lifecycle processes including onboarding, KYC, deposits, withdrawals, and account maintenance – Collaborate closely with Technology, Product, Risk, Compliance, and Customer Support teams to improve efficiency and client experience 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 – Bachelors degree or above; QS Top 200 universities preferred (Computer Science, IT, Finance, or related fields) – Minimum 5 years experience in fintech or FX/CFD brokerage operations or technical operations – At least 3 years of team management or cross-functional leadership experience – Strong hands-on knowledge of MT4 / MT5 / cTrader server architecture, administration, and troubleshooting – Fluent in both English and Chinese, with strong stakeholder communication skills 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀 / 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗸𝘀 – Competitive USD-based salary with performance recognition – Regional exposure in a fast-growing international brokerage – High-impact leadership role with strong decision-making authority 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗼 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Qualified candidates are encouraged to submit their CV and a brief profile highlighting relevant experience.
