Delivery Coordinator - Tamheer

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Delivery Coordinator to join our dynamic B2B team. In this role, you will act as the key link between clients, warehouse, and delivery teams — ensuring smooth, timely, and accurate order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities  Serve as the main point of contact for coordinating deliveries between clients, warehouse, and delivery teams  Schedule and manage deliveries based on each client’s specific requirements (gate passes, special handling, restricted delivery windows, etc.)  Provide clients with accurate and timely updates on order status and delivery schedules  Verify invoices and all required paperwork before dispatch  Ensure compliance with client-specific procedures, including handling of major accounts such as Aramco  Quickly identify and resolve logistical issues during order fulfillment  Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries  Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction Requirements  Proven experience in logistics coordination, supply chain, or a similar role (preferably in a B2B environment)  Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail  Ability to manage multiple deliveries and client requirements  Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills  Experience handling Aramco deliveries is a strong advantage  Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
